The Details

Wedding rentals are seasonal May through October and are for the entire weekend Friday through Sunday.  Access times to the farm are, Friday from 12 pm to 9 pm, Saturday 8 am to 12 am, Sunday 9 am to 12 pm. 

 

Your rental includes seating for 300 in the loft, banquet tables, white wooden chairs, white tablecloths, a large bar,  dance floor, and Wifi. The barn is decorated with cafe lights, a chandelier, and white voile draping. Our lower milking parlor is available for ceremonies and cocktail receptions.  The outdoor ceremony area includes wooden chairs, benches, and a wedding arch. 

 

The bride's dressing room is located on the east side of the barn overlooking the ceremony area and is air-conditioned. The groom's dressing area is located on the lower level of the barn.  Indoor restrooms are located on the upper level of the barn.

 

Chilly fall and early spring weddings are warmed in the barn by our high powered heater and warm summer events are cooled by overhead fans and a large barn fan.

Vintage props and display tables are available for your use.  Maintenance and trash removal are provided. Parking areas are in mowed fields.  All areas of the farm are handicapped accessible.

 

You are allowed to select a caterer and vendors of your choice and provide beverages for your guests.  No minimums of any kind, we like to keep it simple!
