The website describes our venue and lets you contact us. Submitting the contact form or browsing the site does not reserve a date, create a booking, or form a rental contract. Venue rentals are governed exclusively by a separate written rental agreement between you and Huser Farm LLC; if these terms and a rental agreement conflict, the rental agreement controls for your event.

We work to keep venue details, amenities, capacities, and rental times accurate, but they may change and are provided "as is" without warranty. Please confirm current details with us before making plans that depend on them.

Photography and site content

The photographs, text, and logo on this site belong to Huser Farm LLC or are used with permission, including wedding photography shared with us by couples and their photographers. You may browse and share links, but you may not copy, republish, or use the content commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website or contact form to send spam, harvest information, transmit malware, attempt to disrupt the site, or impersonate others. We may block access that violates these terms.

Third-party links and services

The site relies on and links to third-party services, including Formspree (which processes contact form submissions), YouTube video, Google reviews, Google Analytics (which measures site usage), and the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel.
